The firm employs the very best graduates in the fields of training relevant to the firm's practice areas.

Each year, the firm admits at least three students from the Law Development Centre for a three-month internship (clerkship) in the firm. The Law Development Centre is an institution offering post-graduate legal and professional training leading to the award of a Diploma in Legal Practice which is one of the pre-requisites for legal practice in Uganda. During internship, the students are closely supervised by the partners and other lawyers who introduce the interns to the practical skills of legal practice. Whenever appropriate, the firm recruits its lawyers from these interns.
